Surfing the south atolls in the Maldives

Maldives is a place that i keep returning to for a few very obvious reasons. Just look at the photos or better yet, get there to see for yourself.

It has been an amazing yet different experience every time i return but the things that stay consistent, is its beauty and incredibly friendly fun waves.

I have been returning to the Maldives on the annual Shesurfs trip for the past few years and this time round, i wanted to head somewhere we hadn’t been before and explore some of the southern atolls. Together with our travel partners The Perfect Wave, we put together an adventure that had us surfing our way through the southern atolls.

This was our playground for the 10 days.
